Virgin America was due to launch its inaugural flight this morning from JFK, but it looks like mother nature has different plans.

“The Colbert”, as the flight is named, according to FlightAware still has not taken off. Seems they are still waiting for CEO Fred Reid and television personality Stephen Colbert to show up.
