As soon as my internet gets working again I plan on making some major changes to the site. I so far have decided that the site will be content driven with some things that I have been working on in my spare time and then I will have a personal side to it as well.

I really wanted to get started on all of this last week but with the internet down I haven’t had a chance to upload any of it. Just to get my point across, everyone needs to update their computers when there is a new Windows Critical Update. You cannot expect people to not get viruses when they do not update critical components. So from now on, when that little globe pops up in your taskbar, pay attention to it and do what it says.

Well, took my last final yesterday at 4:30pm. Came out with a ‘B’ so I’m pleased. Now the summer begins and I am pumped to work and save some money up.

I plan on going to the river and the beach sometime but I’m not totally sure when. I also need to make some time to get my truck tuned up and roaring to make the 8hr. trek back to Houston (sometime).

Other than that nothing else is really going on. It is extremely hot (supposed to be 95 by the end of the week) and so some time will be spent at the pool.

I am still trying to figure out why anyone would vote for this (excuse the rudeness) goober. The guy is a moron, he can’t get his story straight worth anything (and people complain about Bush)…

I asked someone why they were voting for him and they replied “Because he isn’t Bush”… Ok, because that is good reason (not!). That’s like saying, “I don’t like either of them, so I’ll vote for the one who ticks me off the least”. That has to be the dumbest reason for voting for someone… I will be the first to tell ya that if Kerry becomes president, our economy is going to go right down the crapper. Bush is making strides in the economy and the number of home owning families in America is at an all time high. Why would you want to throw that away because you do not like someone’s foreign policy, that in all honesty does not effect you (unless you are in the government or the military).

Another little mini-rant is the fact that people take everything they see on the news as literal. Well, I hate to break it to you but the news (especially TV) is twisted. They show you what they want you to see to twist your opinion to the left. Close your eyes for a little bit and take a little bit of reality in, Iraq is not another Vietnam, nor will it become one. I truly believe that once the whole ordeal over there is finished people will look back on it 10 yrs. later and go “You know, that was a good thing we did”….

My internet at my apartment is still all messed up so I am doing this update from work. Don’t worry, I am not missing work, I am on a break, so doing this update won’t get me in trouble.

Just one exam left and then I am completely done. I’ll probably spend most of tonight and all of tomorrow finishing up my review sheet (we are allowed to bring in notes to the exam). I am really hoping this thing is a breeze, but knowing my luck, it is going to suck.

The internet at my apartment complex is still all messed up. I can logon to things like AIM and games but web pages and e-mail just don’t work. It is really great to see that the apartment management sees this as a problem (that was sarcasm by the way).

So now I am up at the BA doing my programming class assignment. It really sucks when you could do something at your own house and not have to leave…

As far as finals go, I have two left. One is tomorrow at 7:30am and the last one is on Tuesday at 4:30pm, then I’m done for this semester, finally!

When you are studying for finals everything seems to slow down and pretty much come to a halt. Well for me (and everyone at my apartment complex) the internet has been the focus of this slow down. The stupid SASSER.B worm has pretty much stopped internet traffic at our apartment and it really sucks. I can’t check e-mail, print out some online assignments or anything that has to do with the internet. And of course, the office does n’t give a crap, they pretty much ignore everyone who complains.

So enough ranting, I only have three finals left and one of them is today. Of course it’s Managerial Accounting, which for some reason I am not too stressed about. I mean, I should be stressed since the exam is worth 150 pts. but I’m not. After today I’ll have the weekend to get ready for Marketing which is an exam that will actually determine my final average.

Alright, enough school talk…

Since Accounting and Business Law are this coming week I am going to spend most of my time focusing on them. Next weekend I am devoting all of my time to Marketing so I can pull a ‘B’ out of there… Right now as it stands I have a ‘B’ in accounting but I have to make a pretty good grade on the final to keep it, yuck.

I do not know why MTV calls itself Music Television!! They barely play any music and when they do, it usually sucks. They should change the stations letters to CFTB, Crap For Teenie-Boppers…
