teaching requirements

 I was sitting in my statistics class today and I realized that there should be rules when it comes to teaching. I believe the ability to speak clear, fluent english should be at the top of the list. Apparently Tech doesn't feel the same way. I catch about every 8th word my teacher says which is awful! I've met 4 yr. old kids who know how to speak better english! The woman did not know how to pronounce sophomore! It isn't even that hard, just try... And don't tell me to get another teacher because Tech is packed to the rafters and there isn't a single statistics class with a seat in it...
