    I agree with Howard that the legal system (and government in general) has ballooned into a colossal mess of over-complication. I’m all for a simpler legal system and a smaller government. We definitely need less regulation, fewer and less complicated laws, and less government in general.

    Speaking of simplication, here are Bartlett’s comments about the recently announced Wyden-Gregg tax reform bill and why it is a more realistic approach over other flat tax schemes that have failed in the past:

    I actually think the Wyden-Gregg bill has a reasonable chance of passing.
